Abstract

Chemical-physical properties of anthracene derivatives were studied in thin film by stationary, microscopy and ultrafast techniques to test the Electron Transfer process between these compounds (donors) and [60]PCBM (acceptor) and evaluate their efficiency in organic solar cells. The results gave also information on the films durability and the use of donor mixtures to extend the absorption range.
