The anaerobic treatment of fast biodegradabile biomass is an enough well known and exploited method for reducing environmental burden of treated residual biomass and for recovering an interesting amount of energy. Anyway, many different problems have to be analyzed and solved when such plant operates, mainly due to the exhaust substance produced during the biological process and to the operating and maintenance costs. Netherless the investment costs have to be carefully analyzed for verifying the economical subs tenability of this technology. In this paper the possibility of improve an existing anaerobic digestion plant mainly by the exploitation of further residual biomass, arising both from industrial activity than from agro-energetic activity, has been analysed. The aim is to reduce treatment cost by and increase of the Renewable Energy Certificates sell arising from the increase in biogas production. The amount of energy recoverable has been evaluated together with the solution of the problems linked to the disposal of the waste water and sludges arising from the process. Abstract
An economical analysis has been also performed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
