For years we have been talking about the evaluation of the university system in terms of quality of the educational offer. The student, as "client" of the training path, becomes a central element for the evaluation of its quality, as their degree of satisfaction, with respect to different interrelated aspects, are crucial for improving the quality of the educational system. The quality assessment process becomes a stimulus to the continuous improvement of the training offer precisely because it considers the perception and satisfaction of the participants who have the educational experience. The paper presents the results of the research made through a satisfaction questionnaire to the graduating students in Primary Education Sciences after the implementation of the “Nuovo Ordinamento” until now. The research’s objective is to detect and analyze the students' point of view with respect to a series of indicators that allow the evaluation of the quality of educational offer of the university course; this in order to constantly monitor the system and start a gradual process of improvement of the training path to enables teaching.
