We take into consideration the nonparametric Weierstrass integral of the calculus of variations over a BV variety, not necessarely continuous. The main result is based on the condition of Gamma-quasi additivity they have introduced in a previous paper. A carefull comparison with the corresponding Lebesgue-Stieltjes integral is also given.
