The study included the interviews of the following groups: high school adolescents aged 14-15 and 18-19 since they are considered a "privileged" population group, given that eventual risks and damage by this subtance are still reversible for them; specific individuals, such as teachers, general practitioners and the general population that, because of their professional role and/or social position, are significant figures within the community. It emerges that alcohol (especially wine) is considered a particular component of our way of life; about 50% of the interviewed subjects declared that the daily tolerated quantity/threshold is one liter.
