To assess the potential role of methanimine in the formation of Titan's aerosol, we have started a theoretical investigation of its dimerization. The aim of this study is to understand whether this (and, eventually, polymerization) process is possible under the condition of the atmosphere of Titan. Electronic structure calculations of the stationary points along the minimum energy part will be presented.

Abstract
