“Youth Employment and Innovation” represents an innovation in social publishing field. It is the first volume of the new series of international studies of Umbria Volontariato Edizioni named “Spectrum Books” edited by Cesvol of Terni and dedicated to international Civil Economy questions. The book is mainly focused on the thematics of job and on the most innovative professional figures and is based on the literary works of seven graduated students who have participated in the first University Prize Competition, which took place in march 2018, to write an original text in English on the topic of “Youth Employment and Innovation”. The Award Competition has been conceived and promoted by Athena Laboratory Association in collaboration with the Department of Economic of University of Perugia-Scientific and Didactic Pole of Terni and with the Department of Economics and Business Administration of Al.I. Cuza University of Iasi-Romania. The book includes also an essay, written by Cristina Montesi, on the "importance of awards".
