In this work we have tried to show the consequences and the implications of the Covid-19 pandemic on the global economy and markets. Specially, we show the immediate consequences on the large and medium size companies in order to identify the best ways and solutions to make the most of the opportunities generated after the Covid-19 crisis. The innovation of the business models is the most profitable solution available to companies, because through the business models innovation process and the development of the corporate business model, companies can reorganise themselves in order to reach new opportunities and market portions. This is why it is important for companies to pay attention to the protection of business models, as they represent an asset belonging to the intangible company heritage of enormous importance.
Nel presente elaborato abbiamo tentato di mostrare le conseguenze e le implicazioni della crisi pandemica da Covid-19 sull’economia ed i mercati a livello globale. Nello specifico, abbiamo messo in evidenza le dirette conseguenze relative alle grandi e medie imprese al fine di individuare le migliori soluzioni per trarre il massimo dalle opportunità generatesi dalla crisi post Covid-19. L’innovazione dei modelli di business rappresenta la più proficua soluzione di cui dispongono le imprese perché, attraverso i processi di business models innovation e lo sviluppo del business model aziendale, le industrie possono riorganizzarsi allo scopo di raggiungere nuove possibilità e nuove porzioni di mercato. In virtù di ciò, è veramente importante che le imprese prestino attenzione alla protezione dei modelli di business, quali beni appartenenti al patrimonio immateriale dell’impresa di enorme rilevanza.
