The countries where some special carcass classification methods developed are: Sweden, Netherland, UK and Scotland. Anyway in France, Sweden, Finland and German the SEUROP classification it’s a statutory requirement. Around the world a big effort on this topic has been made by the big producers such as Australia and new Zealand in order to find a grading system able to define the price according to the carcass quality.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
