La Conferenza sul futuro dell’Europa e le colonne d’Ercole della lontananza dei cittadini

The article, after giving into account the general characteristics of the Conference on the Future of Europe and its developments, analyses the effective apport that this initiative can give to the European integration process. The conclusion is that the propulsive function of the Conference will has its effectiveness only if it is helped by more capillary and pervasive means of European civic partecipation.

Il contributo, dopo aver dato conto delle carattersitiche generali della Conferenza sul Futuro dell'Europea e dei suoi sviluppi, si interroga sull'effettivo contributo che tale iniziativa può apportare al processo di integrazione europea. La conclusione è che la funzione propulsiva della Conferenza avrà una sua effettività solo se affiancata da più capillari e diffusi strumenti di partecipazione civica euroepa.
