Placing itself within the broadest definition of cultural heritage, which includes both tangible and intangible components and means a body of assets capable of embodying the history and memory of places and communities, this contribution presents the identity of the University of Perugia expressed by its ‘image’, conveyed by a brand that has its roots in tradition and recently came under restyling to communicate its complex value and cultural role for the community.

Inserendosi nell’ambito della definizione più ampia di patrimonio culturale, che include componenti sia materiali che immateriali ed è inteso come insieme di beni capace di racchiudere la storia e la memoria dei luoghi e delle comunità, questo contributo presenta l’identità dell’Università degli Studi di Perugia espressa dalla sua ‘immagine’, veicolata da un marchio che affonda le proprie radici nella tradizione e che è stato recentemente oggetto di un restyiling volto a trasmetterne il valore complesso e il ruolo culturale per la collettività.
