Contemporary philosophical, scientific, political, and artistic interrogation appears to be marked by a radical ecological concern that is aimed not only at the ontological reconfiguration of the living environment, but also at the morphological redetermination of disciplinary space and the dissolution of an exclusively anthropocentric vision. Law cannot remain insensitive to these critical solicitations: it must rethink the space of its own inhabitation. In this perspective, the purpose of the essay is to propose the hypothesis of a legal ecocriticism that, based on the acquisitions of literary criticism, translates a new topological morphology. Thus, the internal articulations of law as well as the external relations between legal, political and economic can be reconfigured. The three basic steps discussed from this perspective are the disenchantment of the public law/private law divide; the profanation of the public/private dichotomy; and the twilight of biopolitical law.

Abstract
The three basic steps discussed from this perspective are the disenchantment of the public law/private law divide; the profanation of the public/private dichotomy; and the twilight of biopolitical law.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
