Presentation of the Spices Guidelines

Introduces in the aims of the SPICES project and presents its main result: a training course which provides communication skills, analytical tools and didactic prototypical materials to trainers and educators who intend to create tailor-made courses in intercultural communication or second language acquisition for foreign service-users (‘adults-in-mobility’) or service-providers (‘adults-professionally-in-contact-with-mobility’) in bureaucratic-institutional settings (schools, local councils, hospitals, universities, tourist offices etc.).
