As a result from a European project, the authors have identified a series of tools and actions which can facilitate the creation of learning material in L2 education as well as in intercultural communication training, referred especially to settings in bureaucratic-institutional contexts. The method is based on the identification, collection and analysis of relevant real-life texts, both written and spoken, and the transfer into didactic material, also by using the Let Me Learn process as innovative pedagogicl approach.
