The 16th IMEKO TC-4 International Workshop on ADC Modelling, Testing and Data Converter Analysis and Design takes place in Orvieto (Perugia), Italy on June 30 and July 1, 2011. The primary goal of this workshop is to have international scientists discuss the state-ofthe-art in all subjects related to data converters, that is analog-to-digital, digital-to-analog and time-to-digital converters. Since its first occurrence in 1996, the workshop has been a great opportunity for all participants, to exchange ideas, promote collaborations, disseminate and compare research results. 53 papers have been presented either during oral or poster sessions. Each paper has undergone a review process based on the comments received by two independent and international reviewers, who were responsible to select the received abstracts.
