The aim of this paper is to prove some extension theorems for finitely additive and invariant measures. We reach this goal, by means of suitable sandwich, extension and Hahn-Banach-type theorems, with the further condition of invariance with respect to a suitable homomorphism. Among the consequences we obtain the above mentioned extension theorems, together with some known results on the existence of invariant measures.

Abstract
