In this paper we study the local behavior near zero for solutions of second-order nonlinear partial differential equations involving them-Laplacian operator. To this end, we study the local behavior near zero for solutions of second-order ordinary differential equations.We extend the work of J. Serrin and H. Zou to more general equations involving the m-Laplacian operator.
