Abstract
The origins of agricultural common properties in Italy are traced back to Middle Ages, when most common properties were established. Thanks to data from INEA- FADN the economic results of these "farms" (at least for the CPs which are managed as such) are compared with those with individual amnagement and with those owned by public authorities. It comes out taht some CPs have better results than public run farms. Fuirthermore, many CP are managed as natural parks, with woodlands and pastureres and have helped preserving important landscapesFile in questo prodotto:
