In this paper a very general class of isoperimetric problems subject to a general integral condition. The existence of an absolute minimum is established for various types of functions and under weak conditions. Our result generalizes that of L. Torrelli in [Fondamenti di calcolo delle variazione, Vol. II, Zanichelli, Bologna, 1923; Jbuch 49, 348] established for n=1.
