The method of Tonelli for the existence of solutions of ordinary differential equations is generalized and the existence of solutions for differential inclusions is proved, under some natural assumptions on right hand side F(t,x). Moreover, it is proved that any solution of of the problem under consideration may be approximated by the above method. Some properties of multivalued functions are also studied in a preliminary section.
