The Rural Tourism and Agritourism :a new opportunity for agriculture and rural areas(Between Pruriactivity , multifunctionality, Sustainable Development Strategy and Green Economy Growth)

This paper wants to offer a deeper logic of science applied to the issue of sustainable rural development and rural tourism and agri-tourism. The author presents a coherent analysis of the historical transition by the quantitative development towards of the strategy of sustainable development with the latest updating represented by the green economy and the bio-economy. The paper analyzes the modern guiding principles that guide an innovative and modern rural development and highlights the role of ICT and potential of the smart grid. After having dealt with the importance of new modern rural farms and stated that the 7 key words, for a modern rural development, are represented by: Diversification, Integration, Innovation, Quality, Sustainability, Pluriactivity and Multifunctionality, the author exposes the role of tourism in rural farm activities such as significant strengthening of rural areas in terms of economic, social, environmental, cultural and managerial sustainability . Are also given some innovative activities related to catch to give the rural tourism a more attractive over time and determine the character of rural activity to strong sustainability.
