Myeloid Sarcomas (MS) are extramedullary localizations of neoplastic myeloid cells. The diagnosis of MS is aleukemic patients is quite challeging with most cases being misdiagnosed severely impairing the patient's chances to achive a durable remission. We described three cases of MS of the biliary tract causing obtructive jaundice and review the literature.
