Abstract
The coordination for integrated design aimed to energy efficiency (energy efficiency coordination) represents an efficient tool for sustainable constructions: structural-plant solutions that enable to achieve an integrated approach to problems related to needs of comfort and healthy housing, sustainability of building process, control of energy consumptions and use of renewable resources. In this paper the case of multifunctional building complex “Solaria” is described: a redevelopment project of a disused industrial area, in the immediate periphery of Perugia (Italy).File in questo prodotto:
