The use of the leak laws to interpret the variation of the minimum night flow with the pressure in a district is investigated. Results of a test carried out in a districts managed by Acqualatina S.p.A are used and several values of pressure measurements in the district are associated with the flow measured at the inlet during the night. The power law functional relationship is validated for different pressure and discharge mean values.

Abstract
The use of the leak laws to interpret the variation of the minimum night flow with the pressure in a district is investigated. Results of a test carried out in a districts managed by Acqualatina S.p.A are used and several values of pressure measurements in the district are associated with the flow measured at the inlet during the night. The power law functional relationship is validated for different pressure and discharge mean values.File in questo prodotto:
