Abstract
Synthetic seed technology is an important tool for vegetative plant propoagation. Synthetic seeds of five olive (Olea europaea L:) varieties were prepared using nodes of in vitro proliferated shoots. The microcuttings were inducted to root before encapsulation with sodium alginate. The synthetic seeds were stored at 4°C. After sowing the developed plantlets were acclimated and then planted in the field.File in questo prodotto:
