A case of primary multiple nodular melanoma of the gland in a 78-year-old ex-agricultural worker is reported. Histologically the lesions were composed of small nevoid melanoma cells. The immunoscintigraphy with Tc-99m and the whole-body computerised tomography revealed metastases of inguinal and iliac lymph nodes and lung.
