Teaching law by means of practical cases is a technique shared by different legal systems. This article offers some significant historical surveys, from the medieval age to the most characteristic experiences of the contemporary age, in order to illustrate how this teaching method is put at the service of different conceptions of law.
Insegnare diritto attraverso casi pratici è una tecnica didattica comune a diversi sistemi giuridici. L'articolo offre alcuni significativi esempi storici, dall'età medievale alle esperienze più significative dell'età contemporanea, per illustrare come questo metodo d'insegnamento possa essere messo al servizio di differenti concezioni del diritto.
