A computer program for the checking of concrete structures is presented. The program computes the elastic curve and the viscoelastic curves; these diagrams represent the constitutive law of every section and are the important elements for the instability check of the structures over time. The diagrams are each computed for a different time and are plotted assuming a non-linear behaviour for concrete, elastoplastic behaviour for steel and considering heterogeneous and cracked sections; the instability check has been made using the general method based on the finite difference method.
