The structural analysis of thin structures in viscoelastic regimes is effected through the use of diagrams illustrating the moments-bending-axial strength-time relation. For this purpose, a procedure taking into account the heterogeneous section with a non-linear bond for concrete and elasto-plastic bond for steel, describing the behavior through the algebrised (AAEM) method. Application of the general method for the determination of the maximum first order moments allowing the preparation of diagrams which illustrate, for the more common sections, the time-related evolution of the load bearing capacity of a column.
