Math-MAPS is a kind of Google-maps for Mathematical Education created by Mathematics&Real-Life (M&R) with the aim to offer innovative educational paths to the Schools of any order. M&R (www.matematicaerealta.eu) is a national project which promotes the education to mathematical modelling as innovative direction. In our contribution we will illustrate one of main recommended tracks: the introduction to dynamic models. This second part is devoted to the continuous case, introduced as the traslation of the discrete case, discussed in the first part.
