The authors describe a case of equine squamous cell carcinoma of penis observed in a castrated Argentine breed horse. Clinical findings, cytological and histopathological investigations and surgical approach, by Williams techniques, are described. In the followup at 12 months neoplastic relapse and urethral stenosis were not observed.
