Abstract

The mathematical truths, words (not numbers), methods, concepts and symbols that law, or at least its general theory, today incorporates would seem to constitute a whole (‘mathematical law’) that could become a possible “base analysis”, the eventual starting point for the construction of a futuristic ‘digital legistics’ (= ‘digital rules of legislative drafting’). The software pertaining to this type of legistics could be used by the ‘man of law’ to produce (by means of ‘legislatorial software’) or to apply (by means of ‘applicative software’) an even more futuristic ‘digital law’.
