Starting from the study of Gruppo di Lavoro TECO-D (Test sulle Competenze) Pedagogia, set up by Anvur this review wants to initiate a reflection about childcare worker’s role and trying to define his responsibilities and skills. The focus is on educational design, which takes shape as an effective strategy in supporting higher education for the L-19’s educator, highlighting how it has to refer necessarily to core contents. In this conceptual space, meant as setting that needs to be redefined over time, learning processes emerge, as well as commitment, responsibility, theoretical and practical guidelines of on educational project, representing an effective formative curriculum for professionals in education and training.
