Abstract
The preparation of an HPLC column with a non-covalent immobilized artificial membrane, by dynamic coating of a RP-18 surface with phosphatidylcholine, is described. Passive transport of unconjugated bile acids has been correlated with log k(w) values resulting from interaction with this biomembrane-like surface.File in questo prodotto:
