Abstract

Hybrid perovskites have been intensely studied in the last 20 years of research for their extraordinary charge transport properties and peculiar thermalization dynamics. In this study, we show a reflectivity-based, mid-IR analysis of IRAV modes on a photoexcited MAPbBr3 film sample. Reflectance peaks that arise after above-bandgap photoexcitation are explained as radiative infrared emission from the vibrational polaronic states.
