Ainda sobre o interesse das geraçôes futuras: o problema das relaçôes intergerationais à luz da revisão do art. 9° da Constituição italiana

The revision made by constitutional law n. 1/2022 introduced in art. 9 of the Constitution the principle according to which the Republic protects the environment, biodiversity and ecosystems, also in the interest of future generations. The purpose of this essay is to analyze the significance assumed by the intergenerational dimension in the Constitutional Charter: this, in particular, in the perspective of fundamental rights and life chances that the new constitutional norm seems to guarantee also in favor of future generations.
