Abstract
Two magnetic flux controllers based on root-finding algorithms are proposed, using respectively Newton's and Broyden's method. The main advantage of these solutions is to be parameters free, thus allowing for quick and easy measurements. Experimental work validates their good operation in a variety of test conditions, despite difficulties which question the adaptation of Newton's method. The other controller, however, displays a good stability and adequate speed.File in questo prodotto:
