The paper contextualizes the study activities within the Action 4.3 of the fourth objective programmed by the UN 2030 Agenda: By 2030, ensure equal access for all women and men to affordable and quality technical, vocational, and tertiary education, including university. In this context, the panorama of actions that can be pursued includes the use of innovative technologies capable of facilitating access to educational processes at all levels. From this point of view, both the use of learning processes provided in E-learning mode and the use of innovative digital technologies to support teaching are analyzed, as well as the added value brought about by the presence of the professional figure of the Instructional Designer with the role of connector between technologies and teaching staff, with reference to the fields of professional and academic education.
