Here we formulate a general theory which permits us to obtain approximation results for a large class of nonlinear integral operators which contains, as particular case, the nonlinear classical integral convolution operators, the nonlinear Mellin type convolution integral operators and a nonlinear version of the generalized sampling type operators.
