Ottimizzazione dei consumi energetici e definizione di interventi mediante analisi di sostenibilità energetico-ambientale: il caso di studio di Arpa Umbria come modello di efficientamento energetico per il settore della Pubblica Amministrazione

Efficient management of energy systems and virtuous occupant’s behaviour can lead to energy savings in the 20-30% range. In this context, this study deals with the optimization of energy consumption and the definition of a sustainability plan for the public buildings of Arpa Umbria in Perugia. Starting from the results of the Energy Diagnosis of building and from the thermo-hygrometric monitoring, combined with the survey on the behaviour of occupants, the critical issues concerning the building and HVAC systems were highlighted. The study is therefore based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of new strategies and on the planning of further interventions, such as the replacement of obsolete air handling units, the LED relamping and the repowering of the photovoltaic system. Finally, an analysis of the technical-economic pre-feasibility of the intervention strategies, also considering national incentives, was carried out.
