We present a survey of several decomposition and convergence theorems for finitely additive l-group-valued measures. We also prove new results, concerning existence and convergence of Yosida-Hewitt decompositions. The concepts of strong boundedness and countable additivity and the pointwise convergence of the measures involved are intended with respect to a common regulator.
