We outline a new theory about integral and differential calculus in Riesz spaces. In our abstract setting, we deduce basic theorems similar to the classical ones, such as the Fundamental Formula of Calculus and a Banach-type fixed point theorem. As applications, we deduce formulas for the solutions of some differential functional equations.
