For Riesz space-valued finitely additive measures, invariant sandwich theorems are studied, with respect to suitable semigroups of transformations. Existence of such extensions is proved to be equivalent to some kind of Hahn-Banach results, and these in turn are equivalent to amenability of the semigroup of transformations
