Abstract
Since predictive justice and artificial intelligence are complex and not well defined or definable things, they pose the Problem, with regard to Jus-mathematical language-mv, of the definitions of linguistic and conceptual units that are complex and not well defined or definable-mv. One way of solving this problem is to divide such Units-mv into partial linguistic and conceptual Units-mv that are simpler and well definable. Applying this Jus-mathematical method-mv, this paper introduces new definitions, which, once Codified-mv, will augment the existing Dictionary of mathematical law-mv. They include among others: Statistical Law-mv, Statistical Justice-mv, Descriptive Justice-mv, Inferential Justice-mv, Correlational Justice-mv, Regressional Justice-mv, Mathematical-Statistical Law-mv and Case law studies-mvI documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
