This work deals with the storytelling as a tool to convey knowledge on the treatment of zoonoses, of professionals who have had direct experience of them. It is a methodological document for collaborators of the Micro Epidemic One Health project (2021). The editorial initiative is devoted to the creation of a collection of stories describing zoonoses cases, these are specially written in order to convey information and Open Datasets deriving from peer reviewed scientific literature. All the stories are covered by open copyright licenses in order to allow their free use, in order to reach (also as derivative editorial products) a large number of readers. The project is entirely based on a collection of interviews with privileged witnesses and their subsequent elaboration by a group that works through computer supported collaborative writing in order to compose an anthology of "zoonoses tales" furnished with scientific annotations. A reading and fruition graphical user interface, provides access to these narratives and their scientific annotations , broken down into: information for the orientation of personal behavior and the scientific information from peer reviewed literature. The publishing activity is experimental. Intends to promote an advanced form of structured Storytelling suitable to be disseminated by different media (transmedia), available through commonly used devices such as: smartphones, tablets, laptop computers. The annotated narratives are then available for teaching, self-updating of health workers, food producers and in general, for the Civil Society information.

Abstract
The annotated narratives are then available for teaching, self-updating of health workers, food producers and in general, for the Civil Society information.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
