Abstract
In recent years, nearly half of Italian universities have introduced the possibility of requesting to attend their course of study by being identi-fied by a name different from the one registered at the registry office. This is a measure designed and reserved for those facing a gender transition or for those who do not recognize themselves in their as-signed gender. The analysis of this solution, designed to ensure better protection of the right to study, but also of other rights, provides an opportunity to discuss the role that the Constitution assigns to the ad-ministration in ensuring the full development of each person.File in questo prodotto:
