We consider lower semi-continuity and lower closure for the integral of calculus of variation, with respect to a sequence of measures, satisfying suitable limit conditions. Some generalizations of the Fatou-Schmeidler lemma are obtained to this purpose, and comparisons with previous results obtained by Cesari and Suryanarayana are given and discussed.
