“Responsabilità educativa d’impresa”: L’Azienda Luisa Spagnoli a Perugia

For years, in particular from Daniela Santoro's doctoral thesis discussed at the University of Bergamo in 2015 and following the presentation of Sofia Gnoli's book at the University for Foreigners of Perugia on December 10, 2018, I have been meditating on a contribution that underlines the “corporate educational responsibility" of Luisa Spagnoli SpA, its continuity in the social and educational commitment especially in the development of the city of Perugia and its territory, since its foundation in 1928, concretely promoting, in particular through women’s work, dignity and equality of people at least twenty years before our Constitutional Charter. In the appendix, an authoritative testimony of the Cavaliere del Lavoro Doctor Nicoletta Spagnoli, President and CEO of the clothing industry in question, which highlights how the Perugina confectionery industry, founded in 1907, represented "an irreplaceable school of entrepreneurship" also for the textile industry.

Da anni, in particolare dalla tesi di dottorato di Daniela Santoro discussa presso l’Università degli Studi di Bergamo nel 2015 e in seguito alla presentazione del libro di Sofia Gnoli presso l’Università per Stranieri di Perugia il 10 dicembre 2018, medito un contributo che sottolinei la “responsabilità educativa” d’impresa della Luisa Spagnoli SpA, la sua continuità nell’impegno sociale ed educativo soprattutto nello sviluppo della città di Perugia e del suo territorio, fin dalla sua fondazione nel 1928, promuovendo concretamente, in particolare attraverso il lavoro femminile, dignità e uguaglianza delle persone almeno vent’anni prima della nostra Carta costituzionale. In appendice, un’autorevole testimonianza del Cavaliere del Lavoro Dottoressa Nicoletta Spagnoli, Presidente e Amministratore Delegato dell’industria di abbigliamento in oggetto, che evidenzia come l’industria dolciaria Perugina, fondata nel 1907, abbia rappresentato “una insostituibile scuola di imprenditorialità” anche per l’industria tessile.
