Ecologies, controversies, and transitions at Lake Trasimeno: exploring water as a dwelling and plane of imagination Embarking on an ethnographic investigation at Lake Trasimeno entails confronting the complexity of an environment historically intertwined with human affairs: the reflective work around these waters is part of a collective effort that can be advanced by exploring the situated dimensions of the dwelling experience, addressing the various temporalities interwoven in the imaginative realm of the actors. The article aims to examine the object "Lake Trasimeno," delimited by the narratives of the interlocutors in its constant mutability, leveraging a sensitive approach to the dimensions of materiality and meanings. In this direction, it proposes three itineraries to trace connections between social memory, the situated experience of actors, technologies, and discourses on the environment to collectively reconsider the assumptions and boundaries of the inhabited and the habitable. Going beyond the concept of "ecosystemic balance," the anthropological perspective can interrogate the environment as a dynamic assemblage, a generative imbalance in which the experience of dwelling is structured and where multiple agencies can be simultaneously grasped in their material and semiotic aspects.

Abstract
Going beyond the concept of "ecosystemic balance," the anthropological perspective can interrogate the environment as a dynamic assemblage, a generative imbalance in which the experience of dwelling is structured and where multiple agencies can be simultaneously grasped in their material and semiotic aspects.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
