Abstract

The paper presents a reflection on adult learning in the workplace and highlights emancipatory processes involving subjects, context, relational modes and professional dimensions. In particular, attention is given to reverse mentoring systems in order to enhance shared practices even across generations. In this way, the workplace can become an emancipatory context and for social-cultural growth as the usefulness is joined by the ethical-value dimension, enhanced by new presences such as the Chief Philosophy Officer (CPO).
